DescriptionReciting that Gilbert Morewood late citizen and freeman of the city of London had two daughters. Frances (now wife of Thomas Gresley) and Grace (now wife of Simon Bennett) and in his will dated 11 May 1650 nominated as executors Riche and Eyre who refused to serve as such and that Frances, widow, and relict of Gilbert died before administering the estate (which Frances had issue by a former husband, Joan now wife of Peter Salmon) and that administration of the estate now belongs to Gresley and Bennett in right of their wives whereby Benjamin Morewood will make an inventory of the personal estate of Gilbert and keep an account of receipts and payments reclaiming all necessary outlay
