Reciting mortgage in £300 by demise for term of 500 years. 29 Mar 1721 by William Wilders to Lettice Gresley re a messuage called Nether Hall in Burton and the Dovecote Close adjoining, and an assignment in the said mortgage by Wilders of Coxes House adjoining Nether Hall held by lease for term of 99 years by the trustees of Parkers Alm House in Burton-on-Trent (21 Dec 1700) Consideration: £300
