[H3] Declaration by Sir Thomas Gresley of Drakelow, Bart. John Burdett of Foremark, esq, and Gilbert Thacker of Etwall, esq, that one final concord levied by Sir Thomas and Frances his wife to Burdett and Thacker in Michaelmas term, 1690, of the manor, rectory and advowson of Netherseal, was and is for the use of Thomas Gresley, son of Sir Thomas, with liberty for Frances, wife of Sir Thomas to cut down and carry away timber during her life, and for her assigns for 7 years after her death. Recital of terms of agreement which preceded the levying of the fine, whereby Sir Thomas and Francis conveyed the estate to Thomas their son for a consideration of £500 and interest, which is now paid (interest amounting to £150), 1 Apr 1697
[H4] Mortgage and counterpart by demise for term of 1000 years by Thomas Gresley, second son of Sir Thomas Gresley of Drakelow, Bart, to Sir Robert Burdett of Bramcott (Co Warwick), Bart, Robert Wilmot of Osmaston by Derby, Esq. and Henry Dyson of Leicester, Esq. trustees and guardians of Sir John Harpur of Calke, Bart, an infant, son and heir of John Harpur late of Calke, deceased, of the manor and advowson of Netherseal.
