With Bond of Christopher Mellor of Curborough, Staffs., gent to Thomas Gresley of Drakelow, Bart re articles of agreement previously agreed, 28 Oct 1672
[G2] Lease for term of 9 years from Lady Day last past by John Ramser otherwise Milner of Netherseal, yeoman, to George Tomson of Netherseal, husbandman, of one messuage in Netherseal and all appurtenances usually let therewith (save for the Long Close; timber rights reserved). Rent: £5. Also lease of two bays of barn belonging to the Old House in Netherseal and all lands belonging to the old House (save for one acre on Hoppings Pit Hill in the Wood Field, one acre on Clifton Greaves Flatt in the Farre Field, and one acre near Tamworth Way in the Water Field), to hold for the same term.
