Lease and release between Isaac Hawkins of Burton on Trent, esq, to Revd Thomas Gresley of Four Oaks in the parish of Sutton, Warwick,shire for close, piece or parcel of meadow or pasture ground lying and being in Netherseal containing by estimation 2 acres one Rood and 35 perches commonly called or known by the name of the Wain Dych or Between Ditches and all that pieces or parcel of land containing one acre one rood and twenty perches being part of a certain close lying in Netherseal called the Smithy Irons and also that other piece or parcel of land containing 2 acres and 10 perches being part of a certain close called the Grange Wood in Netherseal
