Articles of agreement made between Thomas Gresley, younger son and sole executor of the will of Sir Thomas Gresley of Drakelow, Bart, Sir William Gresley, Bart, eldest son and heir of Sir Thomas, Sir Robert Burdett, Bart, and Godfrey Clarke of Chilcote, Esq., whereby Thomas Gresley conveys to Sir Robert Burdett and Godfrey Clarke all trees and woods growing upon the demesnes of Lullington to hold in trust for Sir William Gresley

Description
Recital of marriage settlement made by Sir Thomas on the marriage of the now Sir William: of will of Sir Thomas, leaving the woods and trees of Lullington to Thomas and of an agreement made to settle differences between Sir William and Thomas, whereby Thomas agreed, in consideration of £1300 to convey the timber in trust to enable Sir William to raise the sum of £1300, and reciting that Sir William has already raised £1010
