Description
The bulk of items in this box concern a case heard in the High Court Chancery Division in 1917. The case was brought by solicitor Godfrey Mosley to obtain authoritative rulings about interpretation of the will of William Curzon (1836-1916). Further items relate to aspects of the affairs of John Curzon: particularly the tenancy of Wadlands Farm, Overseal; and coal reserves at various locations in Leicestershire.
