Jonathan Mitchel of Totley Bents, Dronfield, Derbys., husbandman, to his mother Mary Brownhil of Hudbrook, Hathersage. The cottage known as Hudbrook and two crofts, at Outseats in Hathersage parish; for thirty shillings p.a., and rent-free for the rest of her life if Mary Brownhil outlive Jonathan Mitchell.
