It was purchased separately, but appears to have belonged to Eyre] See Sheffield Archives MD6917/1 for a volume of surveys and maps of sundry estates at Wormhill, Taddington, Priestcliffe, Tideswell, Wheston, Street House, Haslinghouses, Cowlowe, Fairfield and King Sterndale, belonging to Thomas Eyre. Surveyed by William Fairbank 1772-1773.
