DescriptionHeads of an agreement made between James Poole of Poole (co. Ches.) and Thomas Eyre of Hassop concerning the marriage of Anne, Thomas's daughter, to the said James Poole. The marriage portion to be £3,000 and a settlement to be made of all Poole's lands in Poole, Buerton and elsewhere to provide a jointure for Anne. Also receipts for payment of the dowry and valuation of Poole's estates at Great Neston, Over Poole, Leighton, Wallesey and Thingwall Mill.
