Thomas Eyre of Hassoppe, esquire, to Rowland Eyre, his son and heir. Undertaking that Thomas Eyre will stand seized of all manors, messuages, lands, etc., in Hope, Aston, Bradwell and Castleton (co. Derby) and in Maveson Ridware, Hampstall Ridware and King's Bromley (co. Staffs) to the use of Rowland Eyre for ever.
