Description
To Adam Eyre. A messuage called the Hasillynghouse in Foxlowe; a certain slope or pasture called the Great Cliff in Hartyngton; a field called Wylkyngffeld, and an acre called the Spereacre Leys in Hartyngton, forfeit through the attaint of Viscount Lovell in 1495 and granted for a term of 21 years at 22s.rent, later increased by 1s. to Thomas and Antony Babyngton. Thomas Babyngton now being dead Antony has requested the cancellation of the patent. The property now leased to Eyre for 21 years at 23s. rent.
