| Description | Thomas Eyre of Hassoppe, esquire, agrees with Paul Tracye of Stanwaye (co. Gloucester), baronet, that on the death of Richard Matlye of Calver (co. Derby), husbandman, or before at the request of John Matlye, his son and heir, he will lease to the said John a messuage and two oxgangs of land in Calver, in the occupation of the said Richard, for his life or for three score years, at a yearly rent of £16. Sir Paul Tracye to pay £6 yearly of the said rent to John Matlye for the life of the said John. Thomas Eyre bound to Sir Paul Tracye in £100 to perform the agreement. |
