Description
Rowland Eyre of Hassop to William Furnes, father and son. A messuage and an oxgang in Calver, excepting a piece of land sufficient for a dove house. For the life of the longest lived of the grantees at 12/4 rent and 'one wayne load of sea coles' each year delivered at Eyre's house. Also the grantees to provide and carry the stone necessary for the dovecote.
