Description
Humfrey Wood of Horsleygate, surrendered a close called Upper Riddings, abutting to the East on the land of Humfrey Wood, on the west on the smelting house, late in the tenure of Gervase Eyre, upon a stream called Dickfield Brook on the south, and on a lane leading from Dickfield bridge to Horsleygate to the north; to the use of Adam Eyre. Fine 7d.
