Pinchpoole Lovett of Moore Hall in the parish of Sutton Cofeild (co. Warwick), gentleman and Jane his wife and Edward Eyre of Dunston (by attorney), surrendered a messuage called the Bircks in Holmesfield, with gardens, pastures etc; to the use of Thomas Eyre of Hassop. Fine 6s. 8d.
