Description
Brother Benedict de Luca, preceptor of the Hospital of St. James of Hautpays [Alto Passa] for the whole kingdom of England and Wales, to John Asheby and Emma his wife, admitting them to all the privileges, offices and indulgences enjoyed by the Hospitallers and also to the fines received for absolution, etc., and when they die they are to be buried in the chapter of the Order. Great Trellewe [Thurlow].
