James Roworth of Litton (co. Derby) milner, and William Roworth, his son and heir, to Robert Bagshawe of Wormhill, husbandman. A third part of a messuage or tenement at Wormhill in the tenure of Bagshawe, and of all lands etc. belonging, and a third part of a toft and two acres of land at Crich, in the occupation of John Clea of Crich; for £65.
