Description
Sir Francis Foliambe of Walton, Thomas Bretland of Chesterfield and Robert Micklethwaite of Aldworke (co. Yorks), to Thomas Eyre of Hassop. Manor of Wormehill with all appurtenances in Wormehill, Medowe, Greenfairefield and Tadington with rights, streams, suit, soke, maltere, tolle, forestorships in the forest or chase called Peak forest. Warranty against Sir James, Sir Godfrey, Godfrey and Thomas Foliambe (all deceased) and their heirs. They appoint Randle Brocke and Nicholas Thornell as their attorneys. For £370 to Foliambe and 5s. to Bretland and Micklethwait.
