Description
Nicholas Eyre of Hope and John Savage of Edall, to Richard Stevenson; in £40. Hugh Eyre of Overshatton to keep possession of a capital messuage in Over Shatton to the use of Richard Stevenson till next Lady Day, paying 35 shillings for the same at St. Nicholes' Altar in Hope parish church, but to allow Richard peaceable entry thereafter and also to allow him one piece of unenclosed ground to his own use for the same term.
