Nicholas Fox of Schatton, son of William Fox, to Nicholas, son of William le Eyr of Ashton. All right and title in a messuage and thirteen acres and one rood of land with meadow adjoining, with all appurtenances, in the town and fields of Thornehull. Given at Hope, 16th April (Sunday before the feast of St. George), 1391.
