Great court baron of John Gell, esquire, The jurors [names given] presented that Roland Eyre, esquire, had died seised of a messuage, lands, and tenements within the manor of Hope, and that a heriot of the second best animal was due. Thomas Eyre, esquire, son and heir of Roland Eyre, was admitted. Fine 2s. 10d. Steward William Wingfeild, gentleman.
