Henry, Earl of Cumberland and Sir Ingrame Clyfforde, knight, brother of the Earl, to Thomas Bagshawe and Richard ffrench of Hill (co. Derby), Edward Goodden of Hurdelowe and Edward Grenesmyth of Pylsleye. Certain fermings or tenements in the tenure of forty-nine persons (named), in Edensore, Pyllesleye, Hassoppe, Wardelowe, Hurdelowe, fflagge, Chelmerton, Bosomheye, Martinsyde, Whetstone, Greaterakes, Wormehill, Hill, Tunsted and Stanton Hall (co. Derby); for certain annual rents from each separate tenement (amounts stated), to be paid to Sir Ingram Clifforde, (with further details relating to reliefs, alienation fines, etc.).
