Derby, gent., his attorney to make re-entry upon a messuage in Bakewell demised to Thomas Bagshaw, late of Bakewell, esq. deceased, by lease by the late Duke of Rutland, for non-payment of rent and to take possession of the messuage; also to recover from the executors of the late Thomas Bagshaw the sum of £90.19.6 due to the Duke of Rutland for arrears of rent, and to give a receipt for the same.
