Title
Case papers, briefs, correspondence and plan relating to the claim of J. H. Barker to a right of way for Coats Park Farm, over a road leading from the Nottingham-Newhaven Turnpike between Summercotes and Alfreton. The claim was opposed by Christopher and Thomas Martin, owners of a farm on the road, in dispute, 1845.
