Description	Bequests to her nephews, Thomas Alfred Barker and Francis Barker; to her sister Sarah Barker; to her nephews, John Henry Barker, Charles Barker and Thomas Rawson Barker; to her cousin, Henrietta Elizabeth Barker and to other relatives. Thomas Alfred and Francis Barker and Richard Rose appointed executors. Codicil June 30th 1845. Probate in both provinces March 28th 1849 and April 2nd 1849. Deed of arrangement and agreement etc under the will. Aug 25th 1849.(Jane was the fourth child of John Barker d. 1795).
