Description
Lease and release by William Harvey of South Wingfield, framework knitter, and George Massey of South Wingfield, weaver, to Thomas Pearson the younger of South Wingfield, gent, in consideration of £100, of a dwelling house and adjoining workshop at South Wingfield, built upon a parcel of land allotted to Edward Harvey, father of William, by the Crich and South Wingfield inclosure award, and the western part of the said allotment, near the Hall Flatt, now used as a garden, with a small plot now used as a garden, at the east end of the said allotment. With assignment by James Hurt of South Wingfield, framework knitter, to William Platts of South Wingfield, gent, of the remainder of a term of 1000 years upon the premises, in trust for Thomas Pearson 17 & 18 May 1812
