Lease and release by James Hawksley of Kirkham, (Lancashire), farmer (only son of James Hawksley of Kirkham, officer of excise, decd, who was eldest son of Rodger Hawksley of South Wingfield, blacksmith, decd), to Thomas Pearson the younger of South Wingfield, gent, and William Wilson of Alfreton, mercer (his trustee), in consideration of £102 18s, of a close known as the Pingle at the Nether End of the Church Lane (1/2 acre) in the tenure of Robert Hawksley, an allotment (25 perches), now laid to the above pingle, made under the Crich and South Wingfield inclosure award at South Wingfield 24 & 25 Mar 1812
