Mortgage by Annie Maria Hooley, wife of Ernest Terah Hooley of Papworth Hall, Papworth Everard, (Cambridgeshire), esq, to Michael John Garcia of Maida Vale, (Middlesex), and Alfred Beyfus of Lincolns Inn Fields, (Middlesex), for £3,000, of land at Draycott (7 acres 1 rood 14 perches) comprising 3 closes (bounds recited), fronting the Derby - Nottingham Road, with stables and buildings thereon; a parcel of land, formerly 2 closes at Draycott (130¾ sq ft), with the messuage thereon in the tenure of Samuel Moore; another parcel at Draycott (110¼ sq ft) and messuage thereon; a messuage, garden, croft and homestead at Draycott (2 acres); a close at Draycott called Hibbert Close (1 acre); a parcel of land at Draycott (1815 sq ft) and two farmhouses and lands at Risley (as D760 T/26/27 above) with plan of first parcel at Draycott (scale : 140 ft : 1 inch) and plans ( scale 6 inches : 1 mile) and schedules of lands at Risley, dated 20 Aug 1903.
