- Articles of Agreement 3rd April, 1776 between Richard Arkwright and Peter Nightingale, signed and sealed by both men [very fragile, pages 3 &4 have ripped in half and there is a tear to the top of page 1 and 2]
- ' 12th March 1771 / Milne/ to/ Messrs Arkwright/ & Strutt/ Agreemt' 'S no 5'. VERY fragile, water damage to left side and very strong creases, almost on point of tearing. Centre crease has started to give way, sheet almost in two pieces]
- '25 Ffeb, 1777/ Mr Smalley/ and Messrs Arkwright /Need & Strutt/ Agreemt for his/ share of /the Cotton /Mills at Cromford/ and Nottingham '[Note: ink stained, small tear on centre crease and almost torn through on p3, tear centre bottom p3]
- 'Dated 19th Janry, 1770 / Mr Richard Arkwright, Mr John Smalley, Mr David Thornley Mr Samuel Need Mr Jedediah Strutt / Copy of their /Agreement' - Agreement signed by Arkwright, Strutt, Thornley, Need [Note: very fragile, torn on creases, top 5cm of p1 missing]
- 'Mr & Mrs Milnes' / ?cares about the / Cotton Mill Leases/ Mr Galliards' Opn' '1771' added by modern hand. Opinion of P Galliard, Lincoln's Inn dated April 12 1771 [Note: very fragile, ?water damaged top section and bottom, tear on centre fold]
