The x 6 copies[ very dirty]can be identified by annotations to top, as follows: - 'Lot 4 contact Slack' - 'Lot 7 contact ?Ernmott' - 'Lot 11 contact (Marriott) - contains a blue draft conveyance 'Dated - 1868/ The Devisees in trust under/ the Will of the late Peter/ Arkwright Esq deceased/ to/ John S Marriott Esq/ Dft/ Conveyance of a / plot of land situate in/ Marple in the County of / Chester/ Conson £1050 - 18-0 - 'Lot 13 Wain' - 'Lot 14 contact/ Swain' - 'Lot 17 contact (Stott)'- contains a blue draft conveyance 'Dated 5 May 1867/ Messrs Jo Arkwright/ and others/ to/ Messrs Adam Stott/ and John Stott/ Dft Conveyance/ of a farmhouse Closes of/ land and Cottages at Tunstead/ Milton in the Psh of Chapel/ en le Frith on the Co of Derby' note: the sales particulars appear to be very detailed and contain coloured maps of all of the properties, together with a coloured plan of the mill, drawn by John Parkin Land Agent, Idridgehay.
