[documents obviously water damaged and so bundle unopened.] Contains x 2 documents - 'No2 Dated 14th June 1790/ Ffeoffment / Mr Radcliffe …of a ?parcel of Land on Mellor Moor' note: the paper placed on to of the document has stuck to itand had obviously been raised by a previous researcher who has pencilled 'A/24' onto the top right corner. The paper has been torn in this process and part left on the document - 'No1 9th January 1782./ Mr Ratcliffe & Miss Shaw/to/ Mr William Tomlinson/ Ffeoffment of a parcel of Land/ on Mellor Moor No 23 6a: 0r: 8p/ Consideration Money 21£
