- "Cromford & Middleton Rentall/ Micholmas 1730
- copy of the draft of an award/ in the handwriting of the late Mr Thos Gell relating to the boundaries of Wirksworth and Cromford Commons
- Richd Nall and others to Mr Thos Turner Agt for lease for seven years to commence from 25th March 1774 NB Very damaged on right side.
- Attested copy of agreement betweenthe proprietors of Wirksworth and Cromford referring the boundaries of their 'Commons' to the determination of Mr H Tissington and Saml Bruckfield. 5 Nov 1762
- Reference to the Lordship of Crumford [ list of all the tenants of fields and closes] [modern 'post-it' note to say 'one page missing'
