The whole of the property at the Marsh, Thurvaston, including the wheelwright’s shop now formed into a tenement, came to her from the sheriff in ejectment; the wheelwright’s shop and corner house were let to Tipper. Writes cannot understand how anyone else can claim the property. Smith paid no rent for 5 years and had to be ejected
