Feoffment by Henry Parker of Derby, gent, to Rachell Bayley of Derby, widow, in consideration of £90, of a messuage (formerly a barn) at the upper end of the parish of St Peter, standing near the common highway to Osmaston, with a newly erected messuage nearby, which messuages stand on part of a piece of ground taken from a close known as Wildersley and upon which Parker has erected several messuages, with 2 gardens on the backside of the same and a small piece of land between the messuages and the highway 30 Jan
