Description	Articles of agreement between Henry Parker of Derby, Mary Fosbrooke, eldest daughter of Leonard Fosbrooke of Shardlow, deceased, and Leonard Fosbrooke of Shardlow, son and heir of Leonard Fosbrooke, deceased, in view of a marriage intended between Henry and Mary - in consideration of a marriage portion of £2,000, Parker will, within 3 months of the marriage, convey upon trusts a capital messuage or mansion house with orchards, gardens etc., to the use of Mary for life, and other lands to the annual value of £200 to the use of Parker for life and then to Mary for life 9 Dec
