| Description | Memorandum by Alice (sic) Barker - whereas the gable end of the barn next to Mr Parker’s garden was in great decay and repair would cost more than she could afford, she suggested to Parker that if he were to pay for the bricks, he should have liberty to fix his trees to the wall and that if the barn were ever demolished the wall would be left standing to the height of Parker’s wall on either side, to which he agreed 20 May |
