DescriptionCopy of trust deed dated 1768 by Frances Bayley of Kirk Langley, widow of John Bayley late of Kirk Langley and Richard Bayley of Standford, Shropshire, brother and heir-at-law of John Bayley, by which they bargained and sold to Thomas Boltbee, Rector of Brailsford, William Cant, Rector of Kirk Langley, and Thomas Blackwall, Rector of Mugginton, a parcel of inclosed ground, the Upper Cunnery adjoining the Churchyard at Kirk Langley, in trust that they receive the rents and pay yearly the clear rents and profits towards the teaching of two children subject to a proviso that if the income from the rent together with £5 annuity issuing from the rents of Deakin’s Farm, Boyleston, exceeds £10, then the money in excess of £10 to be used in repairing and amending the school and school- house; enrolled in Chancery Microfilm M 285 vol 10
