To the use of Thomas Haywood until the marriage then to the use of Thomas Haywood for life, then to the use of Bulstrode and Smith upon trust to be held immediately after the decease of Thomas Haywood to the use of Mary Bulstrode for life for her jointure, then after the decease of Thomas and Mary to their heirs male and female lawfully begotten successively in tail.
