Description
Between William Wayte the younger of Newton Solney, farmer, and Thomas Higgott of the same place, farmer, by which William Wayte, as the largest purchaser in a sale on 17 May 1831 at Repton of certain lands in Newton Solney and Repton and custodian of the title deeds, agrees to produce to Thomas Higgott; upon reasonable request the deeds (scheduled) relating to the Sandlands Close. 3 Jan
