Joseph Beigton of Tikenhall [Ticknall] husbandman and Ellen his wife and Sarah Gilbert of Repton, spinster, to John Heawood of Repton, yeoman, in consideration of £21. 15. 0, of a piece or parcel of meadow or pasture ground in Repton, 1 acre in a close called The Uppermeane, one eighth part of a close called the Runner, 1 acre, lying in a place called the Quarry in the Goodfield, and one eighth part of another close called the Runner, half acre, on Swarlowe Cliff in the Goodfield 10 May
