Description
Between John Haywood, late of Weston-on-Trent, but now of Melbourne, farmer, and Ann his wife (formerly Ann Dummellor, spinster), Valentine Green of Normanton, Leicestershire, Esq., Richard Spencer of Snarstone, Leicestershire, gent., and Nathaniel Curzon of Breedon-on-the-Hill, Leicestershire, gent, reciting marriage settlement of 26/27 November 1804 (D737/T/9), by which John and Ann Haywood with the consent of Green and Spencer, have revoked all and every the use and uses, estate and estates, trust and trusts limited in D737/T/9, and also have limited and appointed on the property, with the exception of the part limited to Ann Haywood for life, to such uses as John Haywood shall limit and appoint by deed or other writing, and in default of such appointment to the uses of John Haywood for his lifetime, and after the determination of that estate in his lifetime by forfeiture or other means to the use of Nathaniel Curzon during the life of John Haywood in trust for John Haywood, and then to the use of John Haywood, his heirs and assigns for ever. Also John and Ann Haywood appoint that the principal sum of £500 plus interest vested in Green and Spencer to be held to the use of John Haywood his heirs and assigns for ever. 4 June 1811
