An Act for vesting the inheritance in fee simple of part of the settled estates of Sir Henry Every, Bart, in trustees, in trust to make sale thereof and to apply the money produced by such sale or a competent part thereof, in payment and discharge of diverse debts charges and encumbrances affecting the same, and to invest the surplus of such money in the purchase of other lands or hereditaments to be settled to the same use(s).
