| Administrative History | Derby Society of Chartered Accountants began as a branch of the Nottingham Society of Chartered Accountants in 1951. On 5 July of the same year, a committee was appointed, before the inaugural branch meeting on 13 November. The society accepted the outstanding funds from an earlier Derby Society of Chartered Accountants, which had ceased to function in 1928. |
