Charles Upton to John Cruso [agent], Leek, Staffordshire, re Ivonbrook Grange manor. Derby Mercury of 2 Oct 1806 listed Philip Gell as having granted deputation to a gamekeeper for the manor. Upton says he trusts Cruso will say candidly if he has any deeds to the manor, 2 Oct
