Outworkers time book, with quarterly gift forfeits

Description
At one end, pages 1-126, time records, listing three outworkers, Thomas Cresswell and William Green, and William Ligget, with details of where the work was done, the day and time it took place and the amount paid, Mar 1813-Aug 1825, followed by pages 127-131, recordings names of outworkers who were hemming rag, with the number of rags (in dozens) delivered, date received amount paid per dozen and total paid, May 1826-June 1831,
At othe end, weekly amounts earned in reeling rooms by doublers, twisters, sewing ball winders, trappers and wick yarn winders, Jan 1812-Feb 1812 (5 pages), and quarterly gift forfeits, with columns for the date, name of the work people, the name of the person who reported them for breaking the rules of their employment, the offence committed and the amount deducted from wages, Dec 1827-
