Parish of Fairfield St Peter
Administrative History
Fairfield was originally a chapelry within the Parish Hope. It became a separate autonomous Parish in 1852. Part of Fairfield was added to the new parish of King Sterndale in 1851 and a further part to the new parish of Buxton in 1898.
Custodial History
These items were donated to Derbyshire Record Office in January 2008 by a private individual who had collected them.
