Administrative HistoryThese papers were donated at the same time as those of the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Small Coal Owners' Coal Sales Association (D6835). The association was one of the regional groupings affiliated to the federation. The federation represents the interests of licensees in discussions and negotiations with British Coal and other interested organisations. These papers were donated to Derbyshire Record Office in September 2007, along with the papers of the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Small Coal Owners' Coal Sales Association (D6835). The association was one of the regional groupings affiliated to the federation.
