| Description | A series of papers relating to the property and business of Sarah Meggitt and AW Smith of Grimsby and Buxton, daughter and son in law of Robert Rippon Duke, architect. Papers include letters to SM Smith from various members of her family. It appears from the letters that certain family members, particularly the Benton family, acted as agents, responsible for collecting rents from property owned by SM and AW Smith at Grimsby.
