The two major classes of document in this collection are Surveyor's Reports under Section 4 of the Benefice Buildings Measure 1972, which cover vicarages/rectories and Quinquennial Inspection Reports under the Inspection of Churches Measure, 1955/1959/1995, which cover the churches themselves. There are also parish descriptions, completed by outgoing incumbents, as well as some copies of pastoral orders. |
